Shipping costs and delivery times

We ship our products within Switzerland with our logistics partner DPD. The shipping terms are as follows:

Standard shipping: CHF 10.–
Orders of CHF 500.– or more: free shipping
Delivery time: 2–5 working days

All prices are in Swiss francs and include statutory VAT.

Drums and fuels

Fuels and oils in drums are classified as dangerous goods and are subject to special transport regulations. A flat shipping charge of CHF 30.– applies to orders containing such items.

This charge replaces standard shipping. The free-shipping threshold of CHF 500.– does not apply to drums and fuels. These items are shipped exclusively within Switzerland.

You will see the exact amount during checkout before completing your order.

Large equipment and machinery

We deliver wood chippers, forestry crawlers, quads and comparable large equipment by individual arrangement. Please contact us before ordering. We will discuss the delivery date, transport and any costs with you, and explain commissioning and instruction.

You can collect your goods from us free of charge:

Simply select the collection option during checkout. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready. Please collect the goods only after receiving this confirmation.

Shipment tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your delivery at any time.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect the goods on receipt. If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us promptly, with photographs of the packaging and goods if possible. We will help you find a quick solution.

Deliveries abroad

We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. Drums and fuels are excluded and are shipped only within Switzerland. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us in advance.
