Felling wedge

Traditionally, felling wedges are made of solid steel. However, mechanical and hydraulic felling wedges and jacks are also available.
It is used for felling or cutting up trees.
It prevents the weight of the tree from acting on the chainsaw and jamming it.
Plastic felling wedges do not damage the chainsaw chain during felling.
