Foot ascender

The PANTIN foot ascender accelerates rope ascents and prevents rapid fatigue. It is also available in a left-foot version.

  • Makes climbing on the rope easier:
    - For use in combination with the CROLL, ASCENSION or BASIC rope clamps.
    - Allows an upright posture for efficient ascent.
    - Easy pushing up the rope during the first few meters.
  • Long service life:
    - The clamping cam made of stainless steel ensures good corrosion resistance.
    - Toothed cam with cleaning slot for optimal function in all conditions (icy, muddy rope, etc.).
    - Abrasion-resistant belts made of HDPE (high-density polyethylene).
  • Functional and ergonomic:
    - Thanks to its compact shape, it can remain attached to your foot throughout the entire climb and there is no risk of it getting caught.
    - Easy and quick adjustment with DOUBLEBACK buckle.
    - Can be released from the rope with a simple backward movement of the foot.
    - A safety lock that prevents the device from being unhooked during ascent is available as an accessory.
