Lightweight, high-visibility helmet

The extremely lightweight STRATO helmet offers excellent comfort thanks to the CENTERFIT and FLIP&FIT systems, which ensure the helmet stays securely in place. Its adjustable chin strap makes it suitable for work at heights and on the ground. The closed outer shell provides protection against electrical hazards, molten metal splashes, and flames. Optimal integration of a Petzl headlamp, a visor, standard hearing protection, and numerous accessories make it a modular helmet that meets the additional needs of professional users. The high-visibility version features a fluorescent shell with phosphorescent clips and reflective stripes for optimal user visibility day and night.

Detailed description

  • Lightweight construction and comfort:
    - Inner shell made of EPP (expanded polypropylene) and EPS (expanded polystyrene) for weight reduction.
    - The CENTERFIT adjustment system with its two side adjustment wheels ensures that the helmet stays centered on the head.
    - The FLIP&FIT system allows the headband to be lowered for optimal helmet fit. When not in use and for transport, the system can be stored inside the helmet shell.
    - Supplied with replaceable, absorbent comfort pads.
  • Head protection suitable for working at height and on the ground, day and night:
    - The DUAL chinstrap allows the user to adjust the chinstrap's retention force to adapt the helmet to different work situations: working at height (EN 12492) and working at ground level (EN 397). The clip has two positions for two different uses: high retention force to reduce the risk of the helmet being torn off the head in a fall, and low retention force to reduce the risk of strangulation if the helmet becomes caught while working at ground level.
    - Shock absorption through deformation of the inner shell,
    - Protection against electrical hazards, splashes of molten metal and flames thanks to the closed outer shell,
    - Outer shell in fluorescent color with phosphorescent clips and reflective stripes for optimal visibility of the user both day and night.

    - Protective visor with EASYCLIP side fastening system to facilitate installation,
    - Petzl headlamp with attachment system or headlamp with elastic headband,
    - Protective cover to protect the helmet shell from dirt and paint splashes,
    - Neck protection to protect the neck from rain and sun rays,
    - Badge holder to quickly identify the user,
    - replaceable chin strap and padding,
