Directional connecting element with wide snap opening, automatic locking system and screw-on connecting eyelet.

The MGO OPEN is a directional connector with a wide gate opening and automatic locking system for attaching to metal structures, wire ropes, and large-diameter rods. It features a screw-on connection eyelet for combination with different types of lanyards. This allows the connector to be reused in the event of damage to the lanyard. The MGO OPEN is available in two versions.

Detailed description

  • For hanging on metal structures, wire ropes and rods with large diameter.
  • The screw-on connection eyelet allows the MGO OPEN to be directly attached to the end of a double lanyard (ABSORBICA-I, ABSORBICA-Y, JANE, PROGRESS, or PROGRESS ADJUST) or a work positioning lanyard (GRILLON). This allows the connector to be reused in the event of damage to the lanyard.
  • The connecting eyelet favors the load in the longitudinal axis.
  • Ergonomically shaped release lever.
  • Available in two versions:
    - MGO OPEN 60 with wide gate opening (60 mm),
    - MGO OPEN 110 with very wide gate opening (110 mm).
