Chainsaw protection trousers Class 1 Type A
The Canopy W-AIR chainsaw protection trousers, developed for arborists, combine the main features of the W-AIR line in the Innovation program: a large ventilation area based on mesh fabric, their new fit and the introduction of an elastic 4-way Texxion system for optimal freedom of movement. They are available in different inseam lengths: short, standard (inseam length 82 cm) or long (88 cm). In addition, other features such as the gaiter in the lower leg and the waterproof Pezaflex Aqua knee pads (Cordura®) ensure that the Canopy W-AIR trousers are always the first choice for arborists. And all this with a weight of only around 1100 g in size M!
Main features
- Texxion 4-way stretch outer fabric with water- and dirt-repellent Teflon™ coating
- Waterproof Pezaflex Aqua reinforcements on the knees
- Elastic gaiter with metal lacing hooks for attachment to shoelaces
- Mesh fabric for more air circulation
- Available in 3 inseam lengths: SHORT (75 cm) / REGULAR (standard length 82 cm) / LONG (88 cm)
- Very light: ~1100 g
Exterior
- Front fly with zipper - waistband closes with hooks and eyes and snap fastener
- 2 inset pockets with zipper
- 1 inset back pocket with flap and zipper
- 1 patch thigh pocket with zipper
- 1 patch cell phone pocket on the right leg with waterproof zipper
- Elastic waistband with belt loops and loops for suspenders (Ref. 5SD4)
- Triple seam stitching at the back up to the crotch area
Interior
- Nylnet lining for optimal wearing comfort (100% polyester)
- Moisture barrier at the bottom, above the protective insert
- Elastic gaiter with metal lacing hooks for attachment to shoelaces
- 6-layer protective insert at the front based on Dyneema® yarns
Fabric
Teflon™ treated Pezatec outer fabric (100% Cordura® ± 155 g/m²). Teflon™ treated Pezaflex inserts (94% high-strength polyamide Cordura® - 6% elastane; ±200 g/m²). Tear-resistant, water- and dirt-repellent TeXXion HV outer fabric thanks to Teflon™ (89% polyester - 11% elastane; ±250 g/m²). Mesh: 40% polyamide + 60% recycled PET; ± 230 g/m². Pezatec HV (100% polyester ±185 g/m²) outer fabric with water-repellent Teflon™ finish. Waterproof coated Pezaflex Aqua (94% high-strength Cordura® - 6% elastane with PU coating; ± 250 g/m²).
