Turnbuckle / Wire tensioner with hook and eye.
Turnbuckles with eyes and/or hooks bent from wire are used for tensioning wires and ropes in less critical load applications (e.g. wire fences). No load capacity can be guaranteed for these items.
During the tensioning process, ensure that the tension does not become too great and that the tensioning devices do not deform. In case of deformation, the tension must be immediately reduced; deformed parts should be replaced as a safety precaution. These tensioning elements are not suitable for load-bearing structures.
