If the type and thickness of the material demand an extremely high engine output, the STIHL TS 800 petrol cut-off saw with a 400 mm resin-bonded cutting wheel is the right choice. Optionally – especially for longer and more intensive applications – it can be equipped with the robust STIHL D-SB diamond cutting wheel.
This high-performance tool for professional applications, such as cutting structural steel, concrete, asphalt or pipes, is equipped with a powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine and is suitable for cutting depths of up to 145 mm. The cut-off saw can be operated by hand, with the ergonomic handle design featuring an all-round grip ensuring a secure hold. For professional use on construction sites or in road construction, the STIHL FW 20 cutting cart is also recommended, as it allows for particularly precise cuts and longer cutting distances.
The STIHL ElastoStart in conjunction with the decompression valve enables an energy-saving start. The STIHL anti-vibration system further protects muscles and joints. The water connection for dust suppression on the cutting wheel supports effective work. The long-life air filter system and compensator extend cleaning intervals and thus uninterrupted working time. The semi-automatic belt tensioning extends the service life of belts and bearings.
