Elastic, wear-resistant protective mat with wear protection tiles. It is positioned and secured to the tree trunk with a special strap and is suitable for trunk diameters of approx. 30 to 110 cm.
The mat protects the tree and its bark from point and line loads by distributing acting forces within the material and applying them over a large area. Thanks to its excellent gliding properties, winch ropes and logs simply slide over the mat.
The special slotted design on the underside also reliably protects root flares lying above the ground from passing logs; the central incision can be enlarged by one additional step.
