There are many different types of rope:

·         Dynamic ropes: Used mainly for climbing and mountaineering
·          Half and twin ropes: are certified according to the CE EN 892 standard
·          Semi-static ropes: have low elongation and are extremely resistant to abrasion
·          Cords: are ultra-light, extremely robust, hyperstatic
